Tech support by email is free.

Phone support is free for one month from purchase. After, phone support is billed on a per incident basis.  Part of our phone support includes remote access to your PC in order to view all aspects of a tech support issue directly.

Annual tech support contracts are available that include phone support.

 

MotelMax users are in different time zones.  Since tech support answers are needed in a timely matter, we try to address the most common issues on our website.  For email support, we are likely refer you to an answer on the website in the section: Frequently Asked Questions
