How do I unpost a charge or payment?
You can only un-post an item during the same shift it was posted.
•Highlight the folio on the Room Rack or Folio Grid.
•Select the tab: Details Grid.
•Highlight the charge or payment and select the menu item <Options | Un-post Item> on the Details Grid.
•If the item was posted during a prior shift you cannot un-post or delete it, you will have to enter a payment or charge adjustment to offset this item.
